Staff was nice and the room was clean. Although in April, it was unseasonably warm and hotel has no air conditioning. Had to open windows and the noise was unbearable, our last night being the worst due to work being done on the street the entire night until dawn!

Front desk staff Eugene and Gabriel were most helpful. The room in April was clean and comfortable with an extra fan. Te breakfast had fairly good selection. The wait staff was wonderful! The bar makes a great Boluvadies, though I had to tell them how to make it;). The location to the train station could not have been better. Great stay for our time in Zurich.

We love the fact it’s a five generational family owned hotel who care about upgrading to current standards. The only thing we did not care for was the fact the shower head could only be used if hand held. I’m thinking our particular room was in line for this upgrade. The rooms are clean and functional and somewhat quiet considering it is near train station. They have a lovely lobby, cocktail lounge with nightly live piano entertainment which we Loved! Plus their restaurant is very comfy with great choices. We have stayed 4 times now and love it each time. Will stay again but make sure shower head is tiltable😁

Hotel wifi was exceptionally bad, can't maintain a decent connection for team or facetime calls. Water shower pressure was lacklustre and there is no proper ventilation in the bathrooms, leaving my towels and bathmats wet. I had to use the hairdryer to dry them myself. Recept was professional but cold and soulless. The best staff however was the manager at breakfast who greeted everyone with such a hearty smile and made sure you were taken care of.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location, great staff, lovely room - would stay again. Neighbourhood ok so safe place to stay, we didn't have a car so not sure on parking facilities but local transport facilities are great so no issues with getting around.
